Me and my ice cube!
He absolutely loves ice cubes. Found out when I was adding ice cubes to my lemonade and one popped out of the tray. 
He took off like lightning with that thing in his mouth. Tosses them all over the place, slides them on the floor, carries them. Thinks they are great fun!
THat is such a sweet habit! I know our dog loves to mess about in snow and tries to gobble it up off the ground and catch the flakes as they fall! I am just imagining Shadow running about with his ice cubes. I bet he’s always pleased with himself when he gets one. It’s lovely how these doggies all have their own personalities and their own individual sweet habits.
I couldn’t believe it the first time I saw him do that, I have never seen a dog do that before! I love it! He LOVES them!

When my wife’s dog was a puppy, he liked ice cubes, but he didn’t realize how temporary they were. He thought he could save them for later.
Shadow does too! He puts them on his bed, they melt.
